Molly Hartle, MA
Wellness Coach
Adults, Teens, Children, Young Adults, and Families
Molly Hartle takes a holistic approach to health. Physical problems are often due to underlying emotional, mental, or even spiritual issues. Molly helps clients to connect with their innate wholeness for the purpose of identifying any motivational issues that may be preventing them from obtaining their health goals. She also helps clients to connect with appropriate support in the form of tools, techniques, and processes to further help them to move forward. Wellness consists of many things—nutrition, fitness, sleep, relationships, mental, spiritual, and even financial—and all these aspects are connected. Whatever our health issue may be, wellness coaching fosters’ the clients’ overall well-being. In fact, it’s not unusual for clients to come into a coaching session for one health challenge only to resolve it and move on to another. Wellness begets wellness!
Molly has a master’s degree in Integrative Health Studies (IHL) from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco. CIIS’s IHL program was established around wellness coaching and is considered an early adopter. Molly has also studied with Dr. Michael Arlowski, the founder of Real Balance Global Wellness Services in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her expertise comes from experience in positive psychology, motivational interviewing, trauma, the 12-steps, and ecopsychology. When not coaching, she enjoys biking (mountain and road), walking in nature, surfing, and creative nonfiction writing.
