Lisa Bartchat
Life Coach
Individuals, Couples, Families, Retreats
Lisa is a certified Life Coach trained by New Ventures West, an international coaching institute. She focuses on helping individuals in tough transitions, as well as adults with ADHD, and neurodiverse couples.
Having worked as an Account Executive for a global insurance broker, Lisa understands the pressures of the corporate world. She is also a mother of three and recognizes the difficulties that come with parenting, marriage and life transitions.
Lisa’s approach is collaborative. She partners with her clients to create structure and accountability around their issues. In her work with neurodiverse couples, she helps them to better understand each other’s differences and then guides them to create a common language of connection. In her work with adults with ADHD, Lisa helps them to play to their strengths, work around their weaknesses and to show them that they are not broken. In her work with those going through a significant life transition, she emphasizes the natural progression of change and how to make such a transition into an opportunity for growth.
Lisa’s ultimate goal is to help her clients gain clarity, establish boundaries, and take action to live a more empowered life.
