Dr. Thomas Lucking is the director of Silicon Valley Therapy, a licensed psychotherapist, and a life coach. Dr. Lucking has split his career between solving two types of problems – digital and human. He worked as a software engineer for large technology companies like Microsoft and Texas Instruments before focusing on human engineering and how people optimize their lives: personally, interpersonally, and transpersonally.
Dr. Lucking is also a professor in a Master’s level psychology program. He has received degrees in computer science, counseling psychology, theology, and completed his doctoral research on the effects of digital technology on human well-being. Dr. Lucking believes the change process is multi-faceted. He empower clients with information, experiences, and many tools which he has developed. Lisa is a certified Life Coach trained by New Ventures West, an international coaching institute. She focuses on helping individuals in tough transitions, as well as adults with ADHD, and neurodiverse couples.
Having worked as an Account Executive for a global insurance broker, Lisa understands the pressures of the corporate world. She is also a mother of three and recognizes the difficulties that come with parenting, marriage and life transitions.
Lisa’s approach is collaborative. She partners with her clients to create structure and accountability around their issues. In her work with neurodiverse couples, she helps them to better understand each other’s differences and then guides them to create a common language of connection. Dr. Shreya Vaishnav is a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and receives supervision under Dr. Thomas Lucking. Shreya has experience working in various clinical settings, including college counseling centers and hospitals. She also has years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, including immigrants, refugees, and international students.
Shreya identifies as a first-generation Indian immigrant and migrated from Mumbai, India about 11 years ago. As an immigrant and a woman of color, she is familiar with struggles related to moving to a new country, experiencing cross-cultural and identity related concerns, navigating experiences of discrimination in interpersonal relationships and in the workplace. She has worked with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults experiencing a wide variety of concerns including relationship issues, gender identity, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and many more. Shreya has a warm, empathic, and a non-judgmental approach to working with her clients.

Cassie has an open minded, trauma focused approach with experience in high trauma settings and a deep understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and how they can impact an individual and their mental and physical health across the lifespan.

Vickya is a PhD student at Saybrook University studying Clinical Psychology. She is studying to become a licensed clinical psychologist for teenagers and young adults with severe mental health disorders who are struggling with trauma. She is also a certified CBT Life Coach trained by Transformation Academy. Having worked as a school counselor, teacher, and applied behavior analysis therapist (ABA) in the past, Vickya has ample experience working with teens and young adults.
She is also a part of the LGBTQ community and takes pride in empowering queer folks to embrace their identity. She recognizes how hard it can be for individuals to navigate the changes that occur while coming out and wants to help them with that difficult life transition. Vickya uses a humanistic approach when working with clients. She believes that her clients should have autonomy when making decisions and works with clients collaboratively to guide them through their decision-making process. As a mindset coach (CBT), her aim is to help clients get rid of negative self-talk so that they can successfully reach their goals.
